Graham Bennett has been been in practice since 1993 and has lived and practiced in Waterloo Region since 1998.

Graham has tried many complex jury and judge-alone trials, and is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Civil Litigation.

A partner for many years at a downtown Kitchener law firm with experience acting for both insurers and individuals, Graham opened his own litigation practice before joining the Lerners firm in October, 2020.  Located close to the Kitchener Courthouse, Graham's practice is particularly focussed on serious and catastrophic injuries, sexual assault civil actions, property damage, automobile-related litigation, and various insurance matters including municipal liability.
