A claim may be brought against the person responsible, and in some cases against an institution that failed to protect you. Ontario has removed the limitation period for many of these claims, so for survivors it is often not too late to come forward, even many years later.

Counsel Work
Graham is available to act as counsel in both trial and appellate matters. In cases that have failed to resolve and trial is the only alternative, Graham is available to step in as trial counsel, or to provide a fresh set of eyes on matters headed for appeal.
About Contingency Fees

Lerners' standard contingency fee is 33%. This is the most we will ever charge you for legal fees.
