Lerners LLP is pleased to announce that it has expanded its presence in Southwestern Ontario to the Waterloo Region by joining forces with Graham Bennett, an experienced local litigator. Lerners is happy to welcome Graham as a partner in our plaintiff personal injury and insurance law practice.
Graham, certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a specialist in civil litigation, brings nearly 30 years of trial experience assisting clients and adds to the considerable bench strength of Lerners’ Plaintiff Personal Injury Group. With a broad range of civil, criminal, and quasi-criminal trial experience, Graham’s practice is marked by his focus on his clients’ needs and ability to successfully resolve claims. He has acted for clients who have had cases in all levels of the Ontario Courts and in the Supreme Court of Canada. Called to the Ontario Bar in 1993, Graham was a partner at one of Kitchener’s larger law firms for many years before opening his own litigation practice and now joining Lerners LLP.
